- Only Children over 7 years old are welcome.(If, for some reason, at the discretion of Management, younger children are accommodated, the 50% rate will also apply.)
- All the above Rates include Breakfast. For three nights a 5% discount will apply, for 4 nights a 7.5% discount will apply and for 5 or more nights, a 10% discount will be given, from the above quoted rates,if Booked directly with ourselves.

- To secure a booking, a deposit of 50 percent is required. If you make a Booking directly with Wayfarers, a Booking Confirmation Form will be E- mailed or Faxed to yourself. This also contains payment instructions. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer, or Bank Deposit. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our general policy in respect of cancellation prior to arrival is:
- From 14 to 0 days - forfeit 100% of the full amount of booking.
- From 30 to 15 days - forfeit 75% of deposit
- From 90 to 31 days - forfeit 25% of deposit
- More than 90 days - full refund less administration fee of R200 to cover Bank charges etc.
- DELAYED ARRIVAL - NO REFUND! To be charged as booked and confirmed.
- NO SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.
- In the event of premature departure, guests are liable for full payment for the period of stay as originally booked and confirmed.
- The cancellation charges will be debited from your Credit Card.
